Assignment: For this assignment, research a topic with a social aspect that Congress is currently considering. What is that topic? What does it entail? Who will be affected? Who (or which groups) are in favor, and who is against it? What are their arguments, for and against?
Note: Congressional decisions tend to have economic consequences, and that is fine for this assignment. But there must be primarily a social aspect.
